Group Classes

We want you to have fun with our group classes.  You'll find our trainers friendly, engaging, and dedicated to giving you a great workout.  With the exception of Pilates, all of our group classes are included in your membership.

We're currently offering unlimited Pilates for one low monthy fee of $99. We want you to have fun with our group classes.

*The following classes are 55 minutes long: Total Body Conditioning (Mon/Wed), Zumba (Tues, Thurs, and Sat), Cardio Cycling (Sat). All remaining classes are 1 hour.
Classes, times, and instructors are subject to change and/or cancellation.
All classes are included in your membership, except for Pilates and Zumba which are an extra charge (one low monthly fee for unlimited Pilates classes!!)

Cardio Cycle -  An intense workout taking you through rides of hills and valleys.

Pilates Reformer -  Pilates performed on reformer equipment.  Workouts are designed to your level, whether it be beginner, intermediate or advanced.  Provides an intense core workout designed to strengthen core stability and improve postural balance.  Ask the front desk about group and private classes.

Total Conditioning –  Get the best of both worlds with this "tough-love" combo class that blends cardio with resistance training to give you a full-body workout.

Zumba- Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba. Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba.

Yoga –  Quiet your mind and spirit while strengthening your body with this class that focuses on traditional poses while teaching proper breathing, alignment and balance. All postures are adaptable to all levels.

Step intro - This workout prepares you to participate in any step class. Come and enjoy no experience necessary.

Weekend Warrior - Come in on Saturday and makeup for all the workouts you missed during the week. This class is cardio and conditioning all in one.

Butts and Gutts - It's a 15 minute class with a total focus on your glutes and abs. Come in and feel the burn.
