Corporate Fitness Challenges

  • We now offer a special fitness challenge for your employees!  We will place all of your employees in teams, then take measurements and monitor things such as muscle strength and endurance, abdominal strength, flexibility, blood pressure, and body composition.  The teams will then be urged to start a fitness regimen and at the end of the competition the team with the highest health improvements will win a prize!  Although it is not necessary for your employees to be members for you to take part in the measurement process, we do offer excellent corporate rates as low as $29/month!  And what better to help motivate them than a personal trainer at CREW!  We know that employers who play a key role in helping their employees live a healthier lifestyle experience higher productivity, lower absenteeism, and lower health care claims. According to Employee Benefit News, an employee who exercises just one day per week could save an employer $680.20 per year!  We also offer “Lunch and Learns” where we will come to your office and give a motivating presentation on health and fitness!  Please contact us at (713) 802-2739 for more information.

Houston Pilates Partner Push

  • Pilates is not only a great way to gain core strength, body control, and flexibility but it is also a great way to melt body fat and tone your entire physique.  We are so convinced that Crew Pilates can get you to your 2010 fitness goal that we created this challenge JUST FOR YOU!  Partner up with a Pilates friend and Push together to attend as many classes as possible during the 8-week contest.
  • Date of challenge:  January 18, 2010 – March 12, 2010
  • Crew Pilates instructors and certified personal trainers will be ready and willing to gather your health data up to 1 hour before your class.
  • Gathering of health data will be January 11-16, 2010 6-7pm Monday and Wednesday; 5:30-6:30pm Tuesday and Thursday (Data tracking points include: blood pressure, body fat percentage, BMI, waist girth measurements, and weight.)
  • Registration deadline is January 10 so hurry!!  To register email you and your partners name to jsparks@crewhealthandfitness.com
  • We will track your attendance and health improvements, and the partner team with the best percentage of improvements will win 2 MONTHS OF FREE PILATES!!!

  • We now offer a great new meal planning program straight from our website!  Vitabot helps you journal and plan your nutrition, shows you how to correct vitamin and mineral deficiencies in your meal plans, and makes suggestions using your favorite foods!  In order to start this program, please visit the front desk at Crew (4826 Washington Ave) to sign up for only $10/month!  You will then receive your access code and be able to start your meal planning!
